For more than 38 years, Camp Happy Days has offered support and encouragement to children fighting cancer and their families. During this time, we have grown from serving a handful of local Charleston area children to helping over 1,776 individuals each year throughout the state of South Carolina. Now more than ever, our children with cancer and their families need your support!
To continue providing our 14 cost-free, year-round programs to families, we are hosting our largest fundraiser of the year on Friday, April 30th, 2021. Our Hope Rocks benefit concert featuring lowcountry music legends The Blue Dogs and our virtual auction will celebrate our 31st anniversary raising funds which are critical to fulfill our mission of providing programs, special events, and access to family assistance. The programs we provide give these children hope, the will to continue fighting their battles against cancer, and the chance to just be kids.
We are requesting your support for our fundraiser this year by making a donation of a product, service or other item to be included in our auctions, with an overall goal of raising over $250,000. We anticipate having more than 450 attendees at our live event, where we will offer the highest safety protocols for our guests while following the special event mandates of the CDC and state of South Carolina. We also look forward to growing this event and reaching an even larger audience with the addition of a virtual auction.
Donations may be mailed to the Camp Happy Days office or a pick-up may be arranged at your convenience. All donations will be acknowledged through our website and social media.
